FULL-SIZED GYMNASIUMA full-sized gymnasium hosts youth and adult sports leagues and other programs to promote health, wellness and socialization for community members of all ages.

COMMUNITY POOLThe brand new outdoor community pool provides a welcoming outdoor environment for all, a competitive atmosphere for our swim team, and a safe place for youth and adult swim lessons.

WELLNESS CENTERThe addition of a complete wellness center and exercise studio spaces allows us to be adaptable to current and future trends in fitness to keep our community strong and healthy.

Our expanded childcare center provides more working parents access to affordable and quality child care for preschool, kindergarten, before and after care and youth enrichment programs.

SPECIAL NEEDSThe Special Needs Programs at the Summit Area YMCA are thoughtfully designed for children with diverse abilities like communication, social, behavioral and learning differences to thrive in a safe, friendly and supportive environment. Our mission is to encourage, help, build and strengthen healthy physical activity, confidence, social skills and more.

SENIORSIn efforts to encourage healthy aging, we provide seniors with a welcoming environment to promote movement, activity, and mobility with exercise classes, and motivate the continuance of education and socialization via lectures on health and wellness, adult enrichment programs like bridge, majhong, sewing, and book club, along with a variety of social functions like senior prom, museum trips and holiday parties.

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCAThis is free, 12-week small group recovery program for adult cancer survivors runs year round. The LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA program was created to improve and assist the lives of people affected by cancer by helping survivors rebuild confidence, muscle mass and strength, increase flexibility, endurance, and functional ability and provide a welcoming community where they can connect meaningfully with other survivors.
